Introduction by Svetlana:-
Hi everyone! I can't wait to do another CraftyMonkies 'bagineer' class with you all! This Norfolk Pouch workshop is a 'Measure & Cut' pattern (my Norfolk Pouch pattern is available to buy in PDF format directly from my website: link included in the PDF that comes with your purchase of this video!) meaning there's no need for templates as the pattern works best when all the pieces are cut using a rotary cutter, self-healing cutting-mat and acrylic ruler. The world of bag-making really is so fulfilling & rewarding on so many levels and I can assure you that you will turn heads once people see you out & about with one of my/your/our creations! I really hope you'll join me!...

Piped Baskets - Judith Hollies
Purchase this digital product and receive a link to the YouTube video of a CraftyMonkies Online Interactive Workshop featuring leading craft expert Judith Hollies and her fabulous Piped Baskets workshop, which first.
Introduction by Judith:-
Have you ever fallen out of love with a patchwork panel, maybe you were trying out a new technique, or accidently cut it the wrong size?! Perhaps you have some orphan blocks or favourite scraps leftover from another project? Well Fabric Baskets (or Piped Baskets/Fabric Buckets) are the perfect project for putting surplus panels or fabrics to good use! Fabric baskets can be made to any size and because they are quilted (either onto wadding/batting or interfacing) they are sturdy and hold their shape. You can start with the measurements of your panel and work out which size base you need, or start with your preferred base size and calculate the required size panel you need to make (I have a nifty formula for each method, including how to navigate those tricky seam allowances!). Adding piping to projects always adds that special finishing touch. Not only will we be learning how to make our own continuous bias binding (brilliant for co-ordinating your binding to the rest of the panel) but also how to make and attach the piping to give definition and a professional look to your basket.
So if you are in need of sewing-room organising, planters, bathroom buddies or a unique gift idea these made-to-measure Fabric Buckets will meet all of your requirements!

Introduction by Jennie:-
I’m a big fan of organising my space, and two of my favourite things to use are drawstring bags and fabric baskets. The Ada Drawstring Bucket Bag combines the best of both. It functions like a fabric basket when you need it to, but can be secured at the top with the drawstring for storage or travelling. To bring your organising to the next level, the bag has a handy divider to help you sort your projects or items inside each bag.
